Many of you have ordered or plan to order Acer Chromebooks.  We have worked with the company to set up a premier support for these devices while in the 1-year warranty period.

You should be receiving an email regarding your PIN and Customer ID - this is unique to you and your school.  You will need this information for future reference so when it comes be sure to store the information in a safe location.

If you need to use the services here are the directions for Phone or Website Support:

Welcome to Premier Support. You now have access to the Premier Support team and may direct any questions or concerns to us. We are available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5:30 PM CST.

Our phone number is 1-800-409-2237 and your access pin is _______ .  When calling, you will have the option to speak to our administrative support (option 1) or technical support (option 2).  You can also contact us through the Premier email address asp@acer.com. When contacting support, please have your Customer Id ________  ready.  We have access to a wide knowledge base to assist in the resolution of any issue you may encounter.
  
The ASP website can be accessed using this link: http://paapp.acer.com/AcspNet/Login.aspx.  Your login and password for the site is acerinfo.  The ASP website provides product resources, part information, and status reports.  The document attached shows how to navigate these reports.
