If you school used Relay Classroom last year it is IMPORTANT that you remind teachers they have to do one of the following to their classes last year:<br />
1. Archive and Delete the class - found on the menu of any archived class<br />

2. Clear all the students out of inactive classes<br />

3. Open Relay and remove any and all restrictions they had placed on the class last year, if you have active students in the class this is the one you want to select.<br />

Technology Services is happy to help you with NCEdCloud issues, here are a few tips to help you with the most common issues:

Within the Powerschool Portal, it is best to search by User ID. If they do not know their User ID, then search by last name.

If you need to contact Stephanie Canning or Michelle Turnage for additional support, please include the staff member's name and User ID in your help request.

Please encourage your staff to update their email signatures and websites with their new phone extensions.
