Digital Citizenship Week Activity Idea: Digital Citizenship Survival Kit

The "Digital Citizenship Survival Kit" is a kit containing items such as toothpaste, padlock, packet of seeds, soap, and more which represent some element of digital citizenship awareness.

This could be a fun and easy way to get students thinking about and discussing digital citizenship and to kick off  Digital Citizenship Week (October 18th - 22nd). I used this activity with high schoolers, but this could be used with K-12.

You can use my pictures for a digital version or you can create your own kit using things you may already have around your home or classroom. See my slides with possible explanations of each item HERE. Make a copy of the Slides and edit as needed.
