If you find that your HP Chromebook will not power on or charge when it has
been plugged in, unplug the charger and let it sit for a few seconds. Plug the charger back in to see if it works. If it does not, you will need to key in an IT Direct Request.

Note: HP Chargers have an internal circuit breaker which sometimes may need to be reset. We do not know if this method would work on
other models but it is worth a shot!
