Update on Recycled items-
With the hurricane we have had some delays in the pick up of discards. Here is an update!
- Be sure you have all your items in 1 location and that you have appropriately identified the items in Asset Manager.
- You do not need to put in tickets for discards
- County will come by every school during the week of March 6th- 10th OR March 13th-17th
- Principals can contact Patrick Jacobs if they have specific concerns
Update to this post with a few Additional things - 1/24/17:
- Admin PCs should have hard drive removed by technician
- Don't forget to make sure that you follow the discard Process for other departments and use this form for CTE, ESL, Migrant, & Title I
- Make sure your Admin/front desk staff know about location to prevent delays and have items clearly marked
- Please have them have everything in place by the week before February 27th in case they get started early
