The 12th Annual Librarian to Librarian Networking Summit will be held at Joyner Library's Teaching Resources Center on the campus of East Carolina University on March 25th, 2017.
The Summit provides a variety of roundtable discussions on current topics for K-12 school media personnel. Facilitated by experts in the profession, these sessions also encourage attendees to bring resources to share. Our featured speaker is award winning author and illustrator, Don Tate.
The Librarian to Librarian Networking Summit is designed to encourage K-12 school media coordinators and library science students preparing to become media coordinators to communicate with each other, and the educational community at large, in order to promote the essential role they play in student academic success. The sessions, covering a wide variety of topics, will be primarily comprised of roundtable discussions facilitated by experts in the profession. Summit attendees will be given an opportunity to attend sessions of their choice. This year’s summit will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2017.
