If you have SMARTBoards in your school not operating as you think they should, you might want to verify that the correct cables are plugged into the correct spots in the video splitter.  For example, there should not be empty space at the top or bottom of a projected image.  Some schools are finding the projected image displays properly on the entire board when the correct cables are plugged into the correct places.
