Discovery Ed, several of you have been having some issues with downloading and/or streaming from the site, so here are a few tips.
If the video is large and you are using Firefox you might run into space issues. Teachers can change the default saving location to allow them to save to their flashdrive or the UnitedStreaming drive. Here is how:
  1. Open Firefox, click on "Tools"
  2. Click on "Options" and "General" tab
  3. Click on the radio button "Always ask me where to save files"
  4. Click OK
  5. When they download they can browse to their drive to save
Also, remember if you are trying to stream you need to launch from accessories: Quicktime, Windows Media Player and it wouldn't hurt to launch VLC Player as well. This will insure that no matter what format the video will play.
