Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a Rap Writing Contest in Flocabulary
In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15th - October 15th), Flocabulary is inviting students to be researchers, lyricists, and rappers through their rap writing contest. This contest runs from September 15th - October 12th and you can see all of the details HERE.
If you are new to Flocabulary, it is an engaging tool that covers content and lessons through hip-hop videos. Through these lessons, students build vocabulary and reading skills. One exciting update to Flocabulary is that Immersive Reader now available on Vocab Cards and digital Lyrics (lyrics can be translated to over 50 languages)! Also, try Flocabulary "Mix and Break it Down" where Flocabulary Mix takes new comprehension skill videos mixed with topic videos to create a learning experience that supports reading comprehension, digital literacy skills and open ended, text evidence based responses!
