The MyViewBoard desktop app has been built and is being deployed out to the target group. Computers that were members of the Oktopus, IdeaMax or Smart 18.1 deployment groups at each site have been added to the ViewBoard group at that site and will receive the software, as long as they are Windows 10. This will allow all users with a board to have access to the new software. If you have a computer that doesn't have it and needs it please submit the computer name in an IT Direct ticket.
To sign up for updates and easy assess to your materials go here: myviewboard.com and sign in with your JCPS Google account. You will be automatically upgraded to "Education". There is training for the WIKI page and you can set up your preferences for the board so when you sign in it will be set up to your personal preferences.
