This week we are sharing a great resource for your students to explore the National Park Service with their new WebRangers interactive website.

WebRangers allows students to choose activities based on categories such as history, science, animals, and people. Students can register for a free account and it will save their progress on activities but they can play without an account.

Here is an example of one of the activities for elementary students- Dino Diets:

Students have to study the images of the dinosaurs and match potential diet sources (plants or animals).

WebRangers also has a Question of the Week challenge for registered students, it allows them to earn virtual rewards and collaborate with other users.

I hope you encourage your students to explore our National Parks with WebRangers!
