JCS Tech Services will turn on auto-provisioning for staff accounts on March 7, 2016.  We are not expecting any major issues; however, if you do have issues logging in, please send an email to the following address:JCSIdentity@johnston.k12.nc.us.

At the recent principal meeting, there was an announcement requesting that teachers self report if there was a name discrepancy between their official name with HR and their AD/email account. If you have staff that have any name discrepancies and have not yet reported it, please have them use this form before March 7. (Name on their check is different than their email) http://bit.ly/nameissues

Initially, this will only provide automation for account creation meaning that once paperwork is signed, AD and Gmail will be automatically created for new staff.  However, we hope to soon have the local portal up and running, which will work similar to the state portal providing single sign on for many local apps.  More information to come regarding the portal as we begin that process.
