A note from Budd - it is extemely important to put in proper and complete information when entering IT requests, including a good description of the problem, where it is located, and the serial number, name or any other information to help us locate a unit and to address an issue. Without proper information in a call we can't provide them with quick service. It costs time and a lot of delay with repairs if we have to keep calling, emailing, or contacting in any way we can to get the information needed to address their issues. This includes printer and computers, both. We need them to complete the IT Direct request with all the information possible.

What can you do to help? Please read all the calls carefully that teachers put in and get the proper information before approving.
