Just a few reminders:
School owned devices should not be going home with students unless you have prior arrangements with our office. We have had questions about this recently.  The filter option is in the works but it is not in place yet we will continue to update you as we progress on this project.

Chromebooks do not currently work with our networked printers.  Please continue to use cloud solutions (Google Drive, Email, etc) for sharing documents. If you want to order more Chromebook devices the quote has been updated.  We no longer have to enroll them manually, so they will ship pre-enrolled to your site, YEAH!

Apple released a huge update to iOS 7 today.  Your principals have shared with the MClass teachers that this update is not supported yet and they should not try to update their devices.  We are unsure how this update will impact  other apps that you might be using so on school owned ipads please use extreme caution if you chose to update.

Lastly, you might have seen in the paper the BYOD was approved by the Board last week.  If your school is interested, your principal will be invited to attend a webinar with more information about how to roll this out within your school and some tips for success.
