I talked to Heather at Gaggle today and they have finally found a resolve for the mass emailing that started back in the summer that should prevent students from continuing the chain, and remove all of those still existing in the chain.
The full process will be complete by next Monday, February 11. The block will take place tonight but the clean up will take place Friday night. Monday morning it should be all cleared up.

Update on Gaggle mass emails
