Gaggle Glitch
We have a ticket open about the spam that kids have been receiving in Gaggle. They are working on the fix, we have checked the school settings and everything is correct, there was just something wrong on their end that allowed kids to respond to the mass email sent at the very beginning of the year. Please talk to your kids about etiquette and how to handle emails from people they don't know - "if you don't know the sender, don't open it" would be a good response. Hopefully we will have a resolution from the company soon. Thanks for your patience.
