If a staff member at your school inquires about his or her email archive, here are the steps to take to access the Google archive that is now hosted in Gaggle.

  1. Go to Gaggle.net.
  2. Click Customer Login in the top right corner.
  3. Login with your entire email address (firstlast@johnston.k12.nc.us).
  4. Use your JCS Google email password.
  5. Click Mail in the top left corner.
  6. Click on Inbox.  The archived emails populate.  
Users can also click on Sent and My Folders to access sent and filed emails.  Additionally, users can use the Archive Search tab for a faster search experience.


You can also direct staff to this video. It is located in the Tech Leaders > New for 2012 > Video Tutorials folder.
