A few reminders:
1. You don't have to be the main teacher involved, in fact, this is an opportunity for leadership among your classroom teachers.
2. Your schools demonstration shouldn't have to be something OVER and beyond - it should be technology practices that you are really using...how are your teachers using Moodle, or Edmodo. How is your school implementing devices such as the ipads or flip cameras? Don't make this a project you just do for the showcase, it should be real.
3. This is about the kids - let them do as much of the work as possible.
