Please make sure to plan for at least five hours of professional development for this school year. Give the dates and times of instructional technology professional development you plan to hold to the MyLearningPlan contact person at your school so it can be entered by the end of September. (One of the assistant principals at your school is probably in charge of MyLearningPlan.)
At our first meeting this year, we set September 28th as the target date to have that information entered. Some of you continue to implement Tech Tuesdays once or twice a month. Keep it up! Just plan those dates out and get them entered. Please remember you can (and should) also team with your media coordinator to help plan and implement this staff development.
Some of you have already included troubleshooting tips for staff in one of your first sessions. Thank you! FYI - a SMARTBoard troubleshooting folder has been placed in the Tech Leaders folder in Google.
