We are having some issues with Firefox throughout the district.  Several random user profiles became corrupted Friday afternoon.  There are two ways you can help correct the Firefox problem on your affected workstations.
  • Reimage the teacher workstation (please do not use this option for your admin computers)
  • Use SchoolDude to send in the name of the computer.  The ticket will be routed to Terry Thompson, who will send a fix.  
  Either way, the user will lose his or her bookmarks stored on the local machine.  If the user is using Delicious or Diigo, nothing is lost!
