Phone Inventory Information
Recently, we sent the request to Secretaries and cc: Principals as fyi. We have about a 3rd of the phones accounted for already. Some schools are doing a GREAT job letting everyone enter their own extension. Only take a minute to do... some principals and APs are taking a minute to enter their own as well ;)

We are working to capture 2019 Yealink Telephone Inventory. Below is a link
with a form attached. The form is setup to capture following information.
*Serial Numbers
MAC Numbers
Extension
Current User
The form is very simple... Enter information from the bottom of each telephone
into the link below. The link can be shared for each person to enter their information OR
request those who have a telephone bring the information to be entered centrally.
The information will allow tracking and plan for future telephone replaceme
I will share information entered in form back once it has been compiled. The information
should be helpful in updating your school direct
takes less than a minute to complete.
The goal is to capture the information before everyone leaves for the summer!! We still
have plenty of time. Hopefully, by starting early we will capture information district-wide.

Yealink phones are now capable of doing Web Conferences on desktop, and mobiles, chromebooks.
Remote access, share screens, etc. Once Mr Hicks shares it with the board/cabinet we will get
'how to' instruction shared. I'll share the information with you to blog as soon as I can!
