Happy Friday!

Google has now released the Google Expeditions app for iOS devices!

This means that you can use an iPad to control student devices that have the free Expeditions app on them for virtual field trips using Google Cardboard viewers (the teacher device does not need a Google Cardboard viewer). In order to see student devices, the student and teacher device must be connected to the same network.

Expeditions has hundreds of virtual field trips already created and ready to view. As the leader of the expedition, you can control what students see on their screens and point out particular locations or features.

Here is a video tutorial on how to use Google Expeditions:

Have a great weekend and go explore!
