Questions left unanswered - The PHONES
1. Is there a master list district wide in the making?  Not at this time.  However, we do have most of the Media and Tech Extensions on our master list in the folder. Click here if you need a link.

2. IT Direct or Not?  answer is Yes, and No.  If there is an issue with a drop, phone placement, technical phone issue, etc. YES put it in IT Direct and tag it as phone.  If it is a display name/extension issue, NO don't put it in IT Direct, instead use the Extension Update linked here.  Make a copy, fill it out and send to Shirley Nixon.  She will import and update extensions into the phone system directory that way.


Action Item - If you haven't already please complete the Interest Survey, even if you say "No" we would like to know either way.



Some questions have come up about Self CheckOut - please take just a minute to complete this survey regarding our Self Checkout Process.
