Note from Technical Engineers We are really excited to announce that we have enabled the provisioning tool which adds/moves students everyday automatically and creates their Google accounts and sets their passwords. This is going to be a seamless, expedited account creation process. However, with this in place we are not manually loading students which means that we don't have students lists to give to the schools. We have found that if the tech leader adds columns to their display when they are in AD they can export this list out and put it in a spreadsheet which will give them their login id, their name and their email account. The birthday is not kept in AD so they will not have that on this list. This can be obtained from the data manager with a listing for their students. Not as neat as in the years past but this is the way it is going to work from this point forward. Any issues with students needs to be checked with the data manager first since this is the source file that is used to load AD and Google.
We will be keeping you updated of any additional changes you might encounter. Destiny Patron Updates The patron update is syncing from PowerSchool, all staff members needing an account in Destiny for checking out materials should check with the Data Manager at your site to be sure they are active in PowerSchool.
