Thank you for your diligence in filling out the registration form for your school's entry in our Digital Learning Expo. We are very excited to see what marvels your students have been working on. We have had several requests for the information that was contained in the registration form so here it is for you! Please make sure the teachers who are representing your school have a copy of this information.



Schools are asked to be creative with your set-up (mascot, Super Heroes, Halloween or other ideas generated from your project). A table will be assigned to your school and labeled when you arrive to set-up. Maps will be available as well. Please make your area inviting and engaging!

Set-up will be from 1:00-3:30 pm (please find your assigned table)
Event 4:00-6:00 pm

General Reminders:
We can not place anything on the walls.
Please do not break down your exhibit before 6:00 pm.


The School is responsible for bringing the following:
  • Laptop/iPad (fully charged - bring power sources just in case you need them)
  • Table cloth for 8' table
  • Projector
  • Handouts (if needed)
  • Extension cord
  • Back drop decorations or white screen to project on (remember not to place anything on the walls)

The District will provide the following:
  • One table per school
  • Two chairs per school
  • Wireless internet
  • Electrical outlet
  • Trick or treat bags for guests
  • Printed maps
  • Expo website which will serve as the digital program
