Hurricane Prep for Technology
For all classrooms, offices, MDF & IDF, etc:
*Make sure all technology equipment is 6 inches or more off of the floor
*Move technology away from windows
*Cover equipment and monitors with trash bags
*Power strips, cabling, etc. should not be on the floors
For all mobile units:
*All technology in the mobile units, such as interactive boards, PCs, monitors, etc. should be moved into the main building
*Cover equipment and monitors with trash bags
*Power strips, cabling, etc. should not be on the floors

Expect Phones and Internet to be down. The data center will be shut down and network and internet services will be unavailable until threat of damage and flooding is over.
And most importantly, BE SAFE!
