Update on Recycled items-
With the hurricane we have had some delays in the pick up of discards.  Here is an update!

  • Be sure you have all your items in 1 location and that you have appropriately identified the items in Asset Manager.
  • You do not need to put in tickets for discards
  • County will come by every school during the week of  March 6th- 10th OR March 13th-17th
  • Principals can contact Patrick Jacobs if they have specific concerns
Update to this post with a few Additional things - 1/24/17:
  • Admin PCs should have hard drive removed by technician
  • Don't forget to make sure that you follow the discard Process for other departments and use this form for CTE, ESL, Migrant, & Title I
  • Make sure your Admin/front desk staff know about location to prevent delays and have items clearly marked
  • Please have them have everything in place by the week before February 27th in case they get started early
  • Retire vs. Delete rule - see notes on departmental discards.
