Unfortunately, Chrome is going discontinue support for Flash, as of right now iReady still says that Chromebooks work with their site. We are talking to the support team at iReady, but we don't have a definite solution at this time

A few schools have reported that anytime the flash player failure message appears they press the Samsung Chromebook Refresh key    key and the page reloads and continues working fine. If that doesn't work ....proceed to next steps listed in the Wiping or Powerwash document

Flash on Chromebooks
