Clarification about Accounts

All employees are included in our provisioning process, which means all classified and certified staff including part-time tutors and substitutes will have both a Google and AD account after they sign their HR paperwork.

However, their rights are driven by their role and can't be changed.  All substitutes (long and short term) will only have basic log ins for AD which gives them access to the software and the internet, they do not have a local drive, or access to school resources including printers.  However, they can use their google drive to access shared resources.
(If they need items printed they should share their items to print with you or another team member for printing.)

Their username and initial passwords are the same as they have been in the past, and they will be prompted in both AD and Google to change their password upon initial log in, encourage them to write that information down since their accounts are not local you will not be able to see them to reset them.
