SAS® Curriculum Pathways® and Johnston County Schools
District Registration for Teachers and Students
Through an agreement between SAS® Curriculum Pathways® and Johnston County Schools, teachers and students can register for individual user accounts and begin using the resources immediately.
Teachers should send an email request for the unique URL to digitallearning@johnston.k12.nc.us. Be sure to put in the subject line of your request: SAS
Once you have the unique link: scroll down and select either the option to sign up using an email address or using your Google+ (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive, etc.) credentials.
- Complete the form.
- You will notice that the sign-up code will be pre-filled in the application. Do not modify this field.
- Select the role of teacher or student.
- Click “Create my account.”
If you created your account using your email address as listed above, you will receive an email from curriculumpathways@sas.com with instructions for verifying your email address.
Once you have created an account and are logged in, click the “Account Settings” tab under the Welcome image. Then, select the option for “School Info.”
On the School Information page, select United States for the country and enter your school’s zip code. In the field for School Name, begin entering Your School name and a list of options will appear. Select the one for Your School or District as indicated in the example below, and click “This is My School.”
Why is this important? By indicating your school, a notification will be sent to the district SAS® Curriculum Pathways® Coordinator who can grant answer key access to your teacher account.
How do students sign up?
Students should use the same district URL to sign up as well:Using this code, students can begin using SAS® Curriculum Pathways® immediately. They are not prompted to provide a parent email address or required to wait for parent approval.
