IMPORTANT: Typically Epson requires credit card on file to process Epson projector repairs. However, they have agreed to make an exception to their policy in order to facilitate JCS projector warranty requests without a credit card on file via SEED COMM vs. going directly through EPSON.
NOTE: If a projector is not returned to Epson in a timely manner and SEED is billed for the projector, JCS will be responsible for paying for the projector and an admin service fee of $100. If JCS receives a bill from Epson we will charge your school for the full invoiced amount.
Technicians, if a projector is received as part of a warranty claim, the other projector must be send back as a matter of priority.
