SMART14 - the install is taking a bit longer than anticipated. The good news you can speed things up for doing the following. If you have teachers who still aren't seeing SMART14 try doing a GPUpdate and rebooting their machine. This should cue up that machine to get the update.
Start Menu -> Teacher Menu OR Student Menu -> Maintenance ->GPUpdate
It still make not be instant but you will see a small icon in the system tray to show you the progress of your install. It will look like a CD spinning - you can click to see what is going on with the updates.
