Some ITDirect requests marked 'High Priority' are getting delayed because there is no room location on the incident.  

When the guys have to search for the printers, computers even smartboards the request sometimes gets reshuffled until clarified.  
Please look over submitted tickets before forwarding on and check for Area Number on requests for network, computer, printer and smartboard related issues?
