- Reminder if you are creating student accounts the first part of a hyphenated name should be used when you are creating the first part of the log in.

- Remember if you are in Novell still you need to add their information to the bit.ly/jcsimanager page in order for their email account to generate.
- If you are in AD make sure you use the correct extension when you create their email address it should be @jcsnc.org
