- It is suggested that your device be plugged into a USB 2.0 port - on most of our models this would be the ports on the back of the computer.

- 2. Get your technician to enter the wireless key - then keep your device charged so the key isn't lost.
Panther Scanners
As we are beginning to finalize inventories a few of you have indicated that your panther doesn't work with the new wireless system. If you are in such a predicament you might need to do the following to get your panther up and working again.
