Here is a comment from Natalee at CVMS at the last meeting: We subscribe to WebPath and TitlePeek each year and absolutely love them. Cost about $450 (TitlePeek is $200 and WebPath is $249.50 renewal prices fyi). I think they do a county discount...can inquire about that if anyone is interested.
